Please join us at the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame and Northwest Louisiana History Museum as Katelyn Calhoun, President of the Louisiana Association of Fairs and Festivals, discusses the Battle of Pleasant Hill, including the promotion and planning of the annual re-enactment of that battle which takes place every April. Calhoun has been involved with the Battle of Pleasant Hill Reenactment and Festival as a queen, board member, and now president of the festival. Her roles in the festival have led her to be invested in tourism heavily throughout the state.
