With PGA Champion Jordan Spieth now backing the UA Junior Tour\, the momentum behind junior golf has never been stronger—and it’s arriving right here in North Louisiana. \nFALL 2025 TOUR SCHEDULE:• October 4 – The Club at Huntington Park• October 11 – Querbes Park Golf Course• October 18 – Crooked Hollow Golf Club• November 2 – Cypress Bend Golf Course• November 9 – Tamahka Trails Golf Club• November 23 – The Hills at Northwestern \nEach player receives an official Under Armour player gift. DESCRIPTION:Who were the pioneers that settled the northwest corner of Louisiana? Where did they come from? How did they live? How did they adapt to the untamed frontier? These questions and more can be answered with a visit to the Pioneer Heritage Center. \nThe Center was established in 1977 as a joint project of LSU Shreveport and the Junior League of Shreveport. The buildings\, exhibits and trained staff guide visitors through the structures that give insight into the diverse cultural history\, the natural environment\, and the daily lives of the settlers who lived in the region from the 1830s to the 1930s. \nMarty Young is the Director of the Pioneer Heritage Center\, where he oversees the daily workings of the museum\, preserves its artifacts\, maintains its collections database\, conducts tours\, and presents living history demonstrations to visitors. \nThis event is free and open to the public.
