DESCRIPTION:The 36th Annual Classic on the Cane Marching Contest will be held Saturday\, Nov. 1 at Turpin Stadium beginning at 9:30 a.m. \nNineteen high school bands from around the region will compete. The Spirit of Northwestern Marching Band will perform at 4:15 p.m. The awards ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m. \nGeneral admission tickets are $15 and $10 for senior citizens\, military personnel and current NSU students. Children under five are admitted free.
