Chateau St. Denis
A groundbreaking ceremony held September 15th, signified the start of the Chateau St. Denis Hotel project, located on 750 Second Street across from the Natchitoches Event Center. Opening in Summer of 2016 in the National Historic Landmark District, the hotel will feature 87 rooms, 4,000 square feet of meeting space and a large courtyard. Senator Gerald Long’s wife, Rose said, “Natchitoches is taking a huge step forward. We have done many things to make Natchitoches a show place. We have made it the most beautiful city in Louisiana and with this hotel, we are taking it to the next level.”
